At just 22 years old, Carl Garsbo revealed his moniker Kasbo to the world. His debut EP Umbrella Club introduced the electronic scene to his introspective ethereal sound, which quickly earned him a massive global fanbase and a tour with labelmates ODESZA in the years to follow. 2017 brought singles like “Lay It On Me,” “Found You,” and “Bleed It Out,” after which Garsbo dropped his debut album Places We Don’t Know in early 2018. An amalgamation of emotive instrumental moments told through contemplative compositions, the album garnered over 200 million streams, saw tremendous streaming support, and earned wide-spread praise from authorities like The FADER, Complex, Highsnobiety, Billboard’s 2018 “Ones To Watch” and more.

Since breaking out in 2015, Garsbo has performed at globally recognized music festivals such as Coachella, Firefly, Life is Beautiful and more, while selling out major North American venues on his first-ever headline tour, including NYC’s Bowery Ballroom and LA’s Fonda. Last year he once again toured with dance music behemoths ODESZA and capped 2019 with an epic set at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
